By accessing or using the IntegralMass platform, including RiskRunners and ProcureCrawl services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

You may use IntegralMass services for lawful purposes related to real estate research, risk analysis, and business intelligence. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform. Automated scraping, data harvesting, or redistribution of platform data without written consent is prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current information during registration. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

All content, data, reports, risk scores, analytics, branding, and software on the IntegralMass platform are the intellectual property of IntegralMass or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Your use of our services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.

While we strive for accuracy, IntegralMass provides data and analytics "as is" without warranty of any kind. Risk scores, property reports, and market analyses are for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for real estate or business decisions. We do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of any data provided.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntegralMass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
